ADC Unlocks ‘Pub To Pro’ Path

ADC’s Vault Series (6.0) recently came to a climax for most areas with nine players triumphant.

Johnny Haines and Carl Sneyd will feature at the MODUS Super Series after coming through their regional qualifiers in dramatic style. Haines edged out multiple PDC Major finalist Terry Jenkins to earn his return to Portsmouth.

Sneyd defeated top seed Jason Chisnall 6-4 in the Final having qualified for Finals Day due to finishing 10th in the Northwest Order of Merit, after 7 weeks played.

Carl opened his campaign at Riley’s in Liverpool with a whitewash 6-0 win over Josh Lightowler and a 91.09 average, hitting a first 9 score of 102.5 in a strong opening showing.

The Northwest regional qualifier was, as ever, extremely competitive, with Carl finally coming up against David Evans, who had recently produced a perfect Group B campaign in the MSS itself.

Three 100+ checkouts saw Sneyd run out a 6-2 winner against Stretch, to book his place in the Final against top seed Jason Chisnall.

Jason moved level at 4-4 after the 8th leg but was not given another opportunity in the Final by Bomber, who included finishes of 70 and 44 both in 2 darts, to secure a trip to the Live Lounge.

Johnny Haines saw through a perfect campaign in the Southwest, having clinched qualification at the Nags Head Inn in Cinderford as the regions number 1 player.

The 59-year-old’s best performance on Sunday came in the Last 16 where he beat Josh McCarthy 6-2, with a score of 96.54 and his first 9 average being a whopping 113.38.

The Punk defeated The Raging Bull Terry Jenkins 6-5 in a last leg decider to secure a return to Portsmouth.

Tommy Lishman advanced in the Yorkshire and Humber region with back-to-back averages of 92.86 and 92.27. Tommy was the 29th Seed at the qualifier and advanced in the Final 6-3 against Jacob Gwynne, hitting 4 180s.

Elsewhere, Bradley Coltman  will represent the ADC as the winner in the Midlands via the Cue and Brew Sports Bar in Kidderminster.

Barry Copeland advanced in Northern Ireland with a 6-3 victory over Johnny Stewart in the Final.
