Simon Stevenson took the early lead on Monday in ending Day 1 of Group A, top, after winning four of his five matches, as the second week of Phase 1 at the Online Darts Live League commenced.

Former Tour Card Holder, Stevenson, made his return to the Live League, winning four of his five matches, after recording victories over Ciaran Teehan, Robert Rickwood, Jarred Cole and Thibault Tricole, with his only defeat coming against Matthew Edgar.

Elsewhere, Robert Rickwood also ended the day with four wins from five, but finished behind Stevenson on leg difference. Jarred Cole ended the day in 3rd on 6 points, Matthew Edgar in 4th on 4 points, as Thibault Tricole and Ciaran Teehan finished 5th and 6th respectively, on 2 points each.

Online Darts Live League continues on Wednesday with the six players returning on the final day of Group A, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Stevenson leading the way thus far. Players who finish in places 2-6 will be split into two groups in Thursday and Friday’s play with Afternoon and Evening sessions taking place on both days, as well as new players entering the fray. Play will begin at 9:30 GMT on Wednesday and will be streamed live on Online Darts TV YouTube channel or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
